Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal

When you purchase a subscription product from Cuban Coffee Queen, you agree to the following subscription terms:
Automatic Renewal & Billing
By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you authorize Cuban Coffee Queen to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you select (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to your next renewal date.
The amount charged will be the subscription price displayed at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, if any.
Billing Frequency
You may choose your preferred delivery frequency before completing your purchase. Your payment method will be charged automatically based on that selected schedule.
If you modify your delivery frequency, future charges will reflect the updated schedule.
Cancellation & Account Management
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at https://cubancoffeequeen.com/my-account/, or
- Contacting us at customercare@cubancoffeequeen.com.
Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
If cancellation is requested after a renewal charge has processed, the order may already be in fulfillment and may not be eligible for refund.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If pricing changes, we will notify active subscribers in advance before the change takes effect.
